Menaion with services for November. The manuscript was trimmed at the time of restoration (17th cent.) which damaged some margins. Scribal apology on leaf 163a (probably first scribe's) with his signature and the place of copying. Leaf 163a, two inscriptions, that in the bottom margin indicating the location of the manuscript. Minor inscriptions are also found on the inside of the back cover. Marginal scribal inscriptions appear throughout the main part of the text, on leaves 115b, 87b, 71a, 116a, 116b. Ornamented heading and initials.
